All Sales Are Final.
Shipping Times
Please understand and allow time for your order to be shipped. I am a SMALL BUISNESS and I am the only one filling orders. I do my best to get orders out in a timely manner but each order is handmade and specialized per each request. On most occasions I will have to order a certain size or color when Its not in my stock.
Custom orders take about 2 WEEKS TO SHIP, please note this is JUST an estimate. I cannot guarantee that it will ship by that mark but I will certainly try my hardest.
Refunds
For the majority of our shop is custom made items therefore, we will NOT be offerings returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 DAYS of the delivery date and we will sort it out then.
Incorrect Address
If Desert Sage Designs receives a returned package due to the wrong address being entered, you the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to get it back to you.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If there are any issues, such as damage to items purchased or you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to desertsage226@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. We will review this email and send a prepaid label for a return. You have 7 DAYS to ship the return back to us. If the items are not sent back within those 7 days the items will no longer be accepted. STORE CREDIT will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions for this policy. Items that have been worn or used and claimed damaged will not be accepted.

Please take into consideration that not all colors of merchandise will be EXACT, due to photography and lighting. Also cowhides and fabrics may be slightly different due to the cut.
